Viewing by group (which is what this list is) doesn't appear to be too useful --- or I don't have it set up correctly yet. :( I recommend you don't try to navigate the website this way. Click on the DorothyL button at the top of the screen and return to the logical way of viewing reports. i.e.
http://www.reviewsbytdev.com/DorothyL
All the "private" reports are VISIBLE to authenticated users on that screen, so there is no reason to choose this path to navigate the website. Troubleshooting this problem is at the bottom of the list, sorry ;)

At a *much* future date, we will be able to send emails to those persons belonging to the DorothyL group when new data are posted.
